Ecuador
Guayaquil and Quito (ECT) are five hours behind GMT. They do not observe Daylight Savings Time.
Guatemala
Guatemala City (CST) is six hours behind GMT. They do not observe Daylight Savings Time.
Honduras
San Pedro Sula (CST) is six hours behind GMT. They do not observe Daylight Savings Time.
India
Delhi and Kolkata (IST) are five and a half hours ahead of GMT. They do not observe Daylight Savings Time.
Mexico
Guadalajara (CDT/CST) does observe Daylight Savings time. In April they move forward an hour, putting them five hours behind GMT. In October they move back an hour, putting them six hours behind GMT.
Philippines
Legaspi, Manila and Tabaco (PHT) are eight hours ahead of GMT. They do not observe Daylight Savings Time.
Zambia
Lusaka (CAT) is two hours ahead of GMT. They do not observe Daylight Savings Time.
